We may request that all damaged parts/products to be returned upon delivery of any replacement parts, or pictures of the damaged goods. If neither is received in 30 days from delivery of replacements, we will charge your dealer account for the price of replacements. Replacements will not be honored if the item being replaced has been installed or altered. (i.e handles/holes drilled, etc.) Replacements generally take 3-7 days for processing and shipping, but can vary based on part of availability.
Please note that items damaged due to shipping and/or incorrect items can only be claimed up to 7 days after delivery date. Missing items must be noted upon delivery on driver’s delivery slip(s).
This includes and is not limited to shipping damages, dents, or scratches. Pro-Cabinets reserves the right to replace solely the damaged part on both RTA or assembled cabinets, not the cabinet in its entirety. Replacements items ship via LTL or ground carrier. Expedited replacement items or shipping arrangements cannot be accommodated. All damaged items must be submitted at one time, otherwise, additional charges may occur. Some replacement
parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally supplied. Replacement part can only be shipped within 48 contiguous US states, otherwise dealer is responsible for shipping arrangements.
