Cabinets can be accepted for return for up to 30 days after delivery. We can only accept RTA returns in good condition and original packaging. Assembled, modified or special-order cabinets cannot be returned. RTA cabinets that are assembled cannot be returned. All returns are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are accepted for credit only, and applicable credit will be applied to your account. Credit cannot be given for product returned without the proper paperwork. Orders that are confirmed, but are cancelled prior to deliver or refused upon delivery, will be also incur a restocking fee. Damaged goods or items can be returned in accordance with out normal return policies, the customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fees.
